Now you know Oli has saved its precious little life by accidentally pooping in Dee’s mouth. You may wonder why Oli would climb onto the dessert plate and fall asleep? Oli is like a cat, taking naps in boxes whenever it sees one, but in Oli’s case, it likes dessert plates. Perhaps it was trained by the aliens to stay cool on all kinds of dessert plates?
This strip is quite special because it has no speech bubbles at all. I am drawing it from Oli’s perspective (yes, the jelly alien now has a name!), and since he doesn’t understand Yukon and Jon-Jon, I think it would be interesting to omit the dialogues.
What’s also different about this strip is that I have no intention to make it funny, but rather, I just want to make it warm and fuzzy. And cute. Hope you like it.
I think some might wonder why didn’t Yukon simply bring home that piece of rock to Chloroville. The point I want to make is that Yukon respects other’s lives and will no matter how tiny it is.
