This strip actually got some “reader pre-screen” before posting. I let my coworkers and friends read it first and asked them if they understood the strip. 3 out 4 said “I got it…”; one said, “It’s weird”. So, the strip was a “go”. What the nurse in the strip is doing is up to your interpretation.
I never deny I draw cute graphics or characters, but it is not my intention to make it childish or aimed for a children audience. Hence, Chloroville can be a small imaginary town populated with naive, silly, good-hearted, or even corrupted and bad civilians.

This strip is really well done and thought out. In organic gardening, certain vegetables attract beneficial insects and repel pests by planting good companions close by. The carrot actually helps the tomato…. love it! Good work Victor!
